I'm still following your posts, ever since I heard you on NPR. Glad you are still sharing your asks, and I like the next level you are taking it. Developing a new career field, Asker for Hire, sounds like a possibility. (I am one who was raised Not to ask, to put up and shut up, but I am learning.) BTW, have you read the book "Outliers"?

At some point, I would appreciate your advice on two things: (1) How to get over the anxiety of asking; (2) How to ask in a way that reduces the likelihood that the askee is annoyed or offended.
